Happy New Year! We're back open and orders are heading out. We wish you the best for a fossily 2022!
Left, Large Caenesites (Caenesites brooki probably). This ammonite is lovely, and from experience it will prepare well. It is about 60mm in diameter. The keel has been revealed on both edges. The large block can be reattached (That glue you bought is proving very useful!), this will give the potential for a nice base and reattach the lost splinter of the keel.
Right top, Xipheroceras. This is again a large specimen of around 40-50mm. It is likely the outer coil will be crushed, this is very common with this species.
Bottom right Arnioceras of around 25mm
